Special Order Program Details

We know that many people are looking for wines that we do not carry in our basic everyday inventory. With more than 25,000 wines available to us, we want to make sure they are also available to you! So we have a special order and pre-order program to satisfy all of your wine needs.

Here is how our Special Order Program works:

• Call, fill out the form below, or come by the store to identify your request.
• We check availability and pricing and contact you within 24 hours.
• If you request us to order product, it will arrive in 1-2 business days if it is available.
• If product is available and we order it for you, we will require prepayment by cash, check or credit card.
• You will receive an additional 5% off our regular volume discounts.
• We will call for pickup (or we will deliver) when product arrives.
